National Business Institute - a great company that I've coordinated seminars for in the past - has put together a Covid CLE Update page. I haven't personally verified every detail on the page, but the state requirements should be easy to confirm.
Unfortunately, CLEList.com doesn't have a discount code for NBI, but I was personally impressed with the presentations, presenters, and written material of the seminars I coordinated.
