Run your pratice's site through it and wait a few seconds - Google with provide you with a screenshot of both your mobile and desktop sites with tips to increase speed and usability.
One of the most important features it offers is that you can download optimized files and images from Google - they'll trim your image size for you, while keeping it's quality. The same goes for your site's CSS and JavaScript.
